How can I access my training after my purchase?
Instructions to access your training will be sent via email after you complete your purchase. Training will be loaded into our Learning Portal website for you at https://learn.miridiatech.com/. If you’ve never used our learning portal before, your login will be your email address from your order and you’ll need to click on the “Lost your password?” link to set up your Learning Portal password. Where and how can I download the Gunalight App?
The Gunalight mobile app is available for Apple devices on the Apple App Store, and Android devices via the Google Play Store. The app is available free of charge to all Gunalight users.
What are the points in the general energy protocol?
The general energy protocol includes 8 powerful acupuncture points selected for their far-reaching effects through a special set of energy pathways known in traditional acupuncture as the “Extraordinary Vessels.” The protocol is intended to restore energy reserves and meridian balance at a deep level to support overall health and well being. The Gunalight mobile app provides complete instructions and daily tracking of this protocol.
Battery information
Gunalight uses 2 AAA batteries. Batteries need to be alkaline batteries to provide adequate current. Insert the batteries so that the plus side of both batteries are facing the direction where the light emits. If the light starts dimming or doesn’t stay on, please replace your batteries with new batteries right away. With regular usage, you may need to replace batteries often. You can also use Rechargeable AAA batteries.
Is Gunalight App available in other languages?
Currently the app is available in English only. Future versions may be developed later for other languages.

How do I clean my Gunalight?
Your Gunalight is carefully made from specific metal alloys that are necessary to its proper function. The pure brass barrel may naturally tarnish as you use your light. This is purely cosmetic and has no effect on the proper function of your Gunalight. If you would like to clean your barrel and restore its shine, we recommend using a brass polishing cloth, which is designed specifically to safely remove tarnish without added chemicals. The proper polishing cloth is available in our store.
